Hey im Richard, Im a Documentary Wedding Photographer from Barnsley South Yorkshire, I love to capture images that are in the moment and unposed, there’s just something really organic about capturing a good belly laugh or a romantic moment this way.

Im very relaxed in my approach to weddings, Theres no,“oh the photographer’s here quick smile” or that startled dear in the headlights look you get when you see the lens pointing at you. Im a social creature, i like to chat, and engage with you and your guests enabling me to be around people without them thinking they’re about to have a photo taken.

These candid story telling type images are what really make your wedding stand out from the rest. Capturing the character and moments you share with your friends and family throughout the day.
